The Innocent Chukwuemeka Chukwuma Empowerment Foundation (ICCEF) supports young women and young men, especially those in underserved communities, through education, digital and vocational skills, mentorship, and leadership development. Grounded in the legacy of Innocent Chukwuemeka Chukwuma, we champion dignity, equity, innovation, and social justice.

Our Team
Our mission is to support initiatives that provide Nigerian youth and women with the opportunities to discover and develop themselves to become self-reliant and credible leaders who drive positive impact in their communities.
We are committed to a vision of an inclusive and equitable society where young people and women can explore and fulfil their full potentials. It is committed to building a platform that unlocks opportunities for peer learning and value building initiatives.
COMMUNITY YOUTH EMPOWERMENT & EDUCATION
This programme will give scholarships to young males and females at secondary and university educational levels. It will also support teenagers and young adults in the southeast of Nigeria to acquire skills that would either help them get jobs or make them create jobs (be entrepreneurial).
