ICCEF was established in 2022 to honour the vision and values of Innocent Chukwuemeka Chukwuma, a criminologist, justice sector specialist; good governance advocate; social justice crusader, human rights activist; gender and youth advocate; and an institution builder. His lifelong commitment to nurturing young people, empowering women, and building strong civic institutions continues through the Foundation set up by his wife and three daughters. ICCEF carries forward a tradition of integrity, human dignity, inclusion, and social impact. Our legacy initiatives ensure Innocent’s life and work continue to guide both present and future generations. We work nationally with special focus on Nigeria’s South-East and South-South regions, focusing on underserved communities where opportunities remain limited.
